President
As one of the founding partners and the face of Paragon Claims Group (PCG), I bring over 16 years of hands-on experience in the insurance and claims industry. My career as an independent adjuster has taken me through nearly every facet of the property claims process – from field adjusting and desk review to management roles and specialized consulting.
I’ve handled residential and commercial claims across the country, served as a commercial building consultant, been ground zero for several catastrophes, and operated my own insurance appraisal business. This broad background gives me a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of the claims process.
At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love for people. Whether I’m working directly with carriers, leading a team of people or supporting policyholders, I believe in clear communication, fairness and professionalism. My goal is to make every claim a smooth, efficient experience for all parties – grounded in knowledge, built on trust, and delivered with integrity.
